Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AI Phone Manager application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any copyright or trademark notice) contained in the App.
• Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or otherwise improper purpose.

Subscriptions and Payment

Some features may require a subscription. Subscriptions will begin at the time you confirm your purchase and will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Third-Party Services

The App may display, include, or make available content or services from third parties. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any such third-party content or services.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
